Returns & Shipping
Everything we send is a sealed food product, so our policy balances your peace of mind with the safety of every other customer's order. Here is exactly how it works.
Shipping rates
Standard (3–7 business days)
USD 10.00USPS Ground Advantage, tracked.
Express (2–3 business days)
USD 19.95USPS Priority Mail, tracked.
Standard shipping is a flat USD 10.00 per order. Rates are calculated on your cart at checkout and shown again before payment.
Processing & delivery times
- Orders are packed by hand within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Standard delivery usually arrives 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery usually arrives 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- You receive a tracking email as soon as your pouch leaves us.
Returns & exchanges
You may return any unopened, factory-sealed pouch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For food-safety reasons we cannot resell opened herbs, so opened pouches are not eligible for return unless there is a problem with the product itself.
- Email info@organicsmells.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
- We reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.
- Once the pouches arrive back with us, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error. Bundles must be returned complete.
Damaged, missing, or wrong items
If a pouch arrives damaged, an item is missing, or something is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund — including shipping — and you don't need to send anything back.
Lost parcels: if tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a carrier claim and reship your order.
